All reports are confidentially managed by Lisconn’s Audit Office. While we value transparency, anonymous submissions are not accepted; real names are required for all reports. When submitting a report, please include the following details:

• Whistleblower Information: Your name, relationship to Lisconn (e.g., employee, vendor, stakeholder), and contact information.
• Subject Information: Name or department of the individual or entity being reported.
• Third-Party Involvement: If applicable, include details of any third parties involved, such as names or company names.
• Incident Summary: A clear and detailed description of the incident(s), including:
  • Individuals involved.
  • Events and actions taken.
  • Dates, times, and locations.
  • Relevant items or factors related to the incident.
• Supporting Evidence: Attach all relevant documents or evidence that support your report.

Lisconn is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation or harm. Our policy ensures:

• Confidentiality: Your identity will be strictly protected. Any attempts by the reported party to uncover your identity are strictly prohibited.
• Liability Reduction: Employees who self-report may be eligible for reduced liability.
• Independent Processing: All reports are reviewed and managed independently by Lisconn’s Audit Office to ensure impartiality and fairness.
